MAURICIO CONDE, CCHW

PRESIDENT & CEO

Faith and family are the cornerstones of Mauricio’s life. His love for Jesus fuels his passion for serving others, and his devotion to his family brings him joy and purpose. He cherishes time spent with his family, enjoys playing the guitar, and has experience in music production and live performance—all of which he sees as gifts to be used for God’s glory.

“My purpose for living is to serve Him and serve others, and if I don't serve Him and others, I don't serve the purpose of living.”

With a strong background in Medicaid and public health, Mauricio faithfully stewarded his expertise to serve vulnerable populations across Pennsylvania. He has worked collaboratively with government agencies, healthcare providers, advocacy groups, and non-profits to advance the mission of equitable healthcare access. His leadership has played a pivotal role in the implementation and expansion of Medicaid Managed Care, as well as in the development of outreach strategies that have increased enrollment, improved compliance, and addressed social determinants of health.

 

Mauricio has partnered with health systems to promote preventive care, health education, and screenings for underserved and diverse communities.

 

Beyond his professional responsibilities, Mauricio serves on the Board of Directors of a few mission-driven non-profit organizations and is actively involved in the church, where he seeks to glorify God through service, fellowship and music.
